I did it after...Jill, so glad you're doing WW! I did it after baby #2 and it was so effective for me. You definitely have to follow the plan tho, but I loved that I could eat sweets if I wanted as long as I counted the POINTS. I'm 5'5" and I started out at 151. I got down to 122 {because I was scared to add more POINTS back in lol}. I hover around 130 now, which is what I think my body thinks my ideal weight it.
