Sister asked me to post my Chicken Ball recipe so here it is!
1 8oz package soft cream cheese
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 5oz package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
2 13oz canned chicken (put it thru your chopper - not the can, just the chicken - HA!)
Mix everything together (except pecans) and roll into a big bal. Then roll your ball thru the pecans and coat the outside. Leave in the fridge overnight.
